Flavia Scaramutti focuses her practice on advising clients in the energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors. She has experience in the processing of enabling titles, representation in sanctioning proceedings, disputes before regulatory bodies, strategic analysis, and general regulatory consulting.
He has also worked in administrative and corporate law, with expertise in government contracts, free competition, telecommunications, and arbitration.
She has been a teaching assistant at the PUCP (Effective Legal Communication Course – 2021 and the Roman Germanic System and Anglo-Saxon Law Course – 2025), and a permanent advisor to the First Legal Contest on Environmental Crimes in Peru.
She holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. She has published several articles related to the electricity sector and regularly writes for the Prometheo portal of the Administrative Law Circle at the PUCP.
